Job summary

Bunnings is seeking an Account Manager to nurture and expand our Wellington region portfolio, building strong relationships with trades, organisations and builders. You’ll identify new business opportunities, develop growth strategies, and professionally manage customer accounts to deliver sustained success.

With a focus on relationship management and commercial growth, you’ll operate across an established customer base while exploring new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing key accounts and driving growth.
• Knowledge of the construction/trades market is beneficial.
• Willingness to visit customers and engage new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow sales with existing portfolio in Wellington.
• Identify new business opportunities and reactivate previous customers.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with internal and external teams.
• Plan and execute strategies addressing local opportunities and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the Bunnings network to ensure best price, range and service.
