Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, controls and compliance across a large, complex organisation. Reporting to the CFO, you will own statutory accounts, audits and drive finance transformation initiatives.

You will strengthen balance sheet integrity, oversee payroll transformation, and mentor CAANZ graduates while engaging senior leadership and board stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CA qualified; Big 4 background regarded
• 5+ years in senior finance leadership roles
• Strong technical background in reporting, controls and compliance
• Advanced ERP and financial systems experience
• Experience across payroll or large complex workforce environments, desirable
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP/AR, including insurance claims and revenue risk

Role Summary
