The Group Clinic Operations Manager is pivotal to delivering the exceptional Customer Experience Tend prides itself on, and executing on our vision of making New Zealanders the healthiest people in the world, by leading a group of clinics that make up our national network of primary care services. You will partner with our central clinical team (CCT), customer experience team (CET) and our central functions to manage the general operations of clinics.

With 24 clinics & an online service across the nation, you will have plenty of support with our central Technology, Clinical Support, Operations, People & Finance team to help you thrive at our three clinics!

Based in Auckland, you would be flexible with travel across the city and drive our strategic growth.

Ideal candidate
  • Experience managing care services, ideally in general practice
  • Service management & managing a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong facilitation & negotiation/persuasion skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems, preferably Indici and ability to pick up technology systems with ease
