About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Ground Crew team member to join our team for the upcoming season! This fixed-term role runs from 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2026 and offers the chance to be part of a leading tourism company where teamwork, fun, and great customer experiences are at the heart of what we do.

Role Overview:

As Ground Crew, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel informed, safe, and excited throughout their skydiving experience. This role involves customer service, airside operations, administration, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and brief customers, manage expectations, conduct safety briefings, celebrate post-jump experiences, and promote additional services.
• Airside Operations: Assist with gearing up, post-jump procedures, parachute catching, aircraft refueling, and aircraft loading per regulations.
• Administration & Facilities: Maintain accurate records, assist with reporting, stocktake, ensure cleanliness, and manage maintenance requests.
• Workplace Health & Safety: Follow safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure compliance with company and aviation regulations.
