Job summary

Kwetta Ltd is seeking a Grid and Solutions Specialist to tackle complex grid challenges and develop practical customer solutions. You will model charging demand, analyze network constraints and tariffs, and help deploy solutions with customers, networks and our technical teams.

The role combines technical modelling with hands‑on implementation, cross‑functional collaboration, and opportunities to impact electrification at scale.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical engineering, power systems or related field.
• Experience across electrical infrastructure, energy, utilities, distributed energy or EV charging.
• Strong understanding of HV/LV systems, power distribution and grid integration.
• Practical experience with grid analysis or modelling and interpreting network data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex grid problems and model constraints, tariffs and storage options.
• Collaborate with customers, EDBs, DNSPs and Kwetta teams to shape practical solutions.
• Develop better models, tools and grid playbooks for future projects.
• Drive projects from analysis to execution with cross‑functional teams.
