You'll ideate, concept, design and deliver, holding the standard the whole way through. The big ideas and the little details both need to be taken care of, and we need someone who can handle both.* Own and execute design projects to final delivery across digital, social, email, video, packaging and print, ensuring every asset is perfectly optimised for its channel.* Collaborate with the creative team to refine and implement brand identity systems, ensuring every campaign is cohesive and powerful.* Create dynamic content by transforming static ideas into engaging motion graphics, animations, and other multimedia content.* Move between several different project types in a single day. We can be fast paced, so effective time management and efficiency matter as much as craft.* Expertly juggle multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and creative excellence, even under pressure.## **What you'll bring to the table*** A senior or experienced intermediate designer, with time spent in a creative agency or a role where you've worked across a wide variety of project types (print, packaging, email, digital and more), supported by a strong portfolio that showcases top-tier design across various industries and formats.* Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), plus confidence working in Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Figma is a significant advantage.* Something extra in your toolkit. Motion graphics, 3D, illustration, video, whatever your additional strength is. You don't need all of them, but a specialist skill alongside your core design craft goes a long way.* A deep understanding of file setup and preparation for a wide range of formats, including print, digital, video, and motion graphics.* A meticulous eye for detail. A commitment to accuracy and consistency, ensuring every project is flawless.* A demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities, troubleshoot problems proactively, and keep a cool head while moving at pace.* A growth and innovation mindset.
