This full time Graphic Designer position will see you being responsible for delivering high-quality, design-led marketing materials that elevate the brand identity and engage their target audiences. You are responsible for exceptional creative work, maintaining a refined and premium aesthetic, and supporting the wider marketing team with strong visual storytelling.
Brand and Design Execution
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, lookbooks, case studies, presentations, packaging, specification sheets, and advertising to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency by upholding and refining the brand guidelines across all design outputs.
- Create digital assets including website graphics, email signatures, social media visuals, and paid advertising creative.
- Collaborate with external agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality execution of printed and digital assets.
Content and Visual Storytelling
- Translate brand and product stories into compelling visual narratives that resonate with architects, designers, and high-end homeowners.
- Craft engaging layouts and imagery that elevate storytelling across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to printed collateral.
- Design showroom and trade collateral, including signage and product information panels that enhance the customer experience.
- Support videography and photography projects by assisting with layouts, overlays, and on-brand typography.
Print and Production Management
- Prepare files for production, ensuring print accuracy, colour consistency and high-quality output.
- Manage relationships with print suppliers to ensure materials are produced to the highest standard, within budget and timelines.
- Maintain a library of design assets including templates, photography, and artwork for efficient content creation.
Digital and Web Design
- Design digital assets for the website, email marketing and social media to drive engagement and reinforce this brands premium positioning.
- Ensure a seamless brand experience online by collaborating with the digital team to optimise visual content for web and social platforms.
Project and Workflow Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, product and operations to deliver effective design solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in graphic design, branding, and digital marketing to bring fresh ideas to this brand.
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong conceptual and design skills with a refined aesthetic that aligns with premium, high-end brands.
- Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition to create engaging and effective designs.
- Proven experience in brand identity and execution, ensuring consistency across digital and print.
- Expertise in Adobe CC for print and digital design.
- Knowledge of photography, photo editing, and retouching to enhance brand imagery.
- Familiarity with basic motion graphics and video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Understanding of print production processes, including file preparation, colour management, and consulting with printers.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with marketing, sales, and external agencies.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.
- Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback, iterating designs efficiently.
- Experience working in a design-led brand, luxury product, or high-end interiors/architecture spaces is advantageous.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a premium brand or agency setting.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
