Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing graphic design teams and workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the university-wide graphic design service and guide a team delivering high-quality creative across audiences, platforms and environments.
• Translate strategic priorities into impactful visual solutions while strengthening design quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Brand Manager and colleagues to align with brand standards and campaigns.
• Ensure print and digital design aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility requirements.
• Foster a culture of creative excellence and elevate the university's visual presence across marketing activities.
