Egis in ANZ invites graduates to join our Wellington Façades and Sustainability team as a Graduate Structural Engineer, contributing to real projects from your first week and supporting building design and calculations across New Zealand and Australia.

This role offers hands-on experience on-site and in the office, with peer mentorship, continuous learning, and collaboration across disciplines. Start date February 2027 and full-time work rights in New Zealand are required.

Job Description

Step into a role where your ideas and curiosity genuinely matter. As a Graduate Structural Engineer, you’ll contribute to real projects from your first week. You’ll support building design and calculations on a wide variety of projects across both New Zealand and Australia.

Qualifications

About You

• Strong interested in structural engineering
• Self motivated and possessing a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Enjoy collaboration across disciplines
• Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired
• Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired
