Z is launching a two-year Graduate Programme that rotates you through Finance, Strategy, Performance & Value, Legal, People & Culture, Energy Solutions, Supply Chain, Pricing, Communications and more. You’ll be supported by a buddy, mentor, and senior leaders, with a generalist curriculum and exposure to real projects across multiple units.

Formación

• Recent graduate or final-year student (2027) with the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate across multiple business units during the two-year programme.
• Gain exposure to Finance, Strategy, Legal, HR, Energy Solutions, Supply Chain, Pricing and Communications.
• Learn through buddy/mentor support and senior leadership interaction.
