Job summary

Alliance Group Limited invites graduates to join its two-year Graduate Programme, commencing January 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across processing operations, with exposure to operational, commercial, engineering and corporate functions.

In Year 1, you’ll be based at Lorneville, Pukeuri or Dannevirke, learning the business from the ground up. In Year 2, you’ll apply your knowledge to project-based improvements that matter across the organisation.

Qualifications

• You may be nearing completion of your degree or have graduated within the last two years.
• Willingness to learn across processing operations, engineering, commercial and corporate functions.
• Interest in New Zealand food production, export or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year fixed-term Graduate Programme.
• Gain hands-on experience at Alliance processing facilities.
• Work with leaders on projects that support business improvement and growth.
• Move between sites (Lorneville, Pukeuri or Dannevirke) in Year 1 and engage in project work in Year 2.
