Reece Group in AUS & NZ wide offers an 18-month Retail Leadership Graduate program designed to accelerate your path to retail management. It provides permanent employment from day one, with rotations across select units and a structured development journey toward an Assistant Branch Manager role.

You will gain hands-on experience advising customers on plumbing products, energy efficiency solutions, and climate control, supported by a 5-day induction, coaching, mentoring, and a mix of e-learning
