Job summary

Health New Zealand Southern is offering a Graduate Rotational Programme for Occupational Therapists at Dunedin Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time (1.0 FTE) position with a 40-hour week and a salary band. New or recent NZ OT graduates are encouraged to apply for rotations across acute care, rehab and community services.

Rotations switch February and August, providing broad exposure and supervised professional growth. Weekend on-call roster participation is required.

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable experience across six-month rotations in acute care, rehabilitation and community services.
• Provide assessment and treatment to a diverse patient population in both individual and group settings.
• Rotations occur every February and August.
• Participation in a weekend on-call roster is a requirement of this role.
