Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Dunedin is offering a Graduate Rotational Programme for new or recent Occupational Therapy graduates. The role features six-month rotations across acute care, rehabilitation and community services at Dunedin and Wakari Hospital sites, with weekend on-call involvement.

You will work with experienced therapists and multidisciplinary teams to gain broad clinical skills and confidence in delivering patient-centred care in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• New or Recent Graduate Occupational Therapists encouraged to apply
• Permanent, Full time (1.0 FTE), 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Rotations across six-month blocks in acute care, rehabilitation and community services.
• Provide assessment and treatment to a diverse patient population within a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with occupational therapy colleagues and other health professionals across Dunedin and Wakari Hospital sites.
