PwC New Zealand is seeking a Graduate to join our Managed Services team in Wellington, starting February 2028. In this customer-facing role, you’ll support day-to-day service delivery, incident coordination, and clear updates between clients, service delivery leads and technical teams.

You’ll gain practical experience in technology-enabled services, including incident management, changes, and cybersecurity as you grow in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Business, Operations or related field.
• Strong communication and people skills with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Interest in IT service management, incident management or cybersecurity.
• Proactive, self-motivated, curious and eager to learn.
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day service delivery and incident coordination in a customer-facing role.
• Provide clear updates to clients, service delivery leads and technical teams.
• Assist with coordinating changes, tracking actions and providing timely updates.
