We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of diverse engineering projects. If you’re passionate about technical problem-solving, enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, and are eager to develop your skills in a real-world environment — we’d love to hear from you.

As part of our engineering team, you will:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans and schedules using tools such as Microsoft Planner, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
  • Read, interpret, and apply information from electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams to support project implementation.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure that engineering designs are accurately reflected in field activities.
  • Participate in site inspections, supporting documentation of progress, findings, and compliance.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and compliance records.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate project records, assisting with progress tracking and reporting.
  • Apply strong general computer skills to manage files, update registers, and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Engage in continuous learning and on-the-job development through mentorship and structured support.

Requirements for the Role:

  • A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline (or nearing completion).
  • Ability to read and understand technical electrical documentation.
  • Familiarity with project planning tools, such as Microsoft Planner, Excel, or similar platforms.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite and file management systems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and contribute ideas.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical safety and core engineering principles.
