Job summary

Tend Health Ltd. is seeking a General Practitioner to join our Bay of Plenty clinics—Greerton, Bethlehem, Papamoa and South City. You’ll deliver high-quality primary care through a holistic, person/whānau centred approach, both in-person and via online platforms.

Qualifications

• Registered GP with valid NZ medical license.
• Experience in primary care and diverse patient groups.
• Ability to provide culturally safe care with patients and whānau.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care using a holistic and person/whānau centred approach.
• Promote health and assess, diagnose and form management plans for diverse patient groups both in-person and online.
• Ensure continuity of care by developing timely plans for referral and follow-up, where appropriate.
• Provide culturally safe care with patients and whānau.

We have four clinics located in the Bay of Plenty, situatedinGreerton, Bethlehem, Papamoa &South City. We have Fellows, GPEPs & experienced non-vocational GPs working with us across our various clinics.

Our patients can see our care team online through the Tend app, or in person at a Tend medical centre.
