You will connect strategy with execution, influence enterprise-wide priorities, and ensure capital, resources and performance are aligned to deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive best-practice product costing models, financial analysis, and operational performance insights
  • Lead commercial support for efficiency and value improvement programmes, ensuring benefits are identified, prioritised, measured, and realised
  • Build a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the commercial team

You are a strategic finance leader with the commercial depth to influence enterprise decisions and the leadership capability to bring people with you. Curious, insightful, and outcomes focused, you convert complex financial information into business strategy, challenge constructively, and build high-performing teams that deliver results.

You bring
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
  • A professional qualification such as CA, CFA, CPA, or MBA will be highly regarded
  • 12+ years' experience across strategic financial planning, business partnering, financial analysis, and decision support

  • Experience working within complex operational environments such as manufacturing, operations, infrastructure, or industrial businesses
  • Advanced capability with financial systems, ERP platforms, and data-driven decision-making
