Abbott NZ Nutrition seeks a Training Manager to lead the implementation and governance of training and capability programs. You will ensure employees have the required technical capability, compliance knowledge, and development opportunities to support safe, efficient operations and high quality output.

Working with site leadership and SMEs, you will drive workforce readiness, maintain LMS and training metrics, and foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with Abbott's global standards.

Qualifications

• Lead the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Ensure alignment with Abbott learning, quality, compliance and operational excellence.
• Provide technical and development expertise on capability development.

Responsabilités

• Ensure training and capability programs support site objectives and compliance.
• Identify capability gaps with site leadership and set development priorities.
• Align learning initiatives with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
• Provide leadership on capability development, workforce readiness and adult learning.
• Manage the site's Learning Management System (LMS) for assigned team members.
• Maintain training records and materials to meet compliance requirements.
• Provide daily guidance to the training team and set clear expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean and RCA techniques.
