Job summary

Zespri is seeking a Communications Lead - Industry to shape and deliver our global industry communications programme. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Global Communications Manager, aimed at informing growers and industry stakeholders and aligning with Zespri’s strategy.

You will plan and deliver communications across publications, grower updates, and digital channels, provide strategic advice, build cross-team relationships, and lead the Industry Communications team while

Qualifications

Proven experience developing strategic communication plans and programmes.
Strong ability to translate complex information into clear content.
Experience advising senior leaders and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to influence across a diverse group.
Experience leading projects in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative leadership with coaching/mentoring experience.
Strong digital communications capability with modern platforms.
Comfort using AI tools to enhance outcomes.

Responsibilities
