Zusammenfassung

Zespri Group Limited is seeking a Fruit Performance Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain for a 6-month secondment. You will analyse fruit performance across the supply chain, support monitoring programmes, develop dashboards and provide insights to drive smarter decisions.

You’ll work with stakeholders to investigate quality and performance trends, contribute to strategic projects, and help optimise fruit quality and supply chain performance.

Qualifikationen

• A tertiary qualification in food science, horticulture, engineering, data science, statistics, commerce or related discipline.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, quality systems or performance analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel capability and confidence with large datasets.
• Experience with R, Python, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office or similar tools is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Support fruit monitoring and maturity programmes through data preparation, validation and analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting.
• Identify trends, risks, anomalies and opportunities within fruit quality and supply chain data.
• Produce insights that support operational, technical and commercial decision-making.
• Assist with predictive modelling, scenario analysis and impact assessments.
• Support strategic initiatives, innovation projects and business case development across the supply chain.
