Job summary

Lightspeed is seeking a Director - Customer, International to lead customer strategy across global markets. You will drive retention, health and end-to-end customer experience, coordinating teams across Account Management, Support, Implementation, Product, RevOps, Marketing and Payments.

You’ll own international customer outcomes, improve renewals and create scalable processes, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding data-driven decisions for growth.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with post-sales or customer function background in SaaS/tech.
• Experience driving measurable customer outcomes (retention, health, NRR, expansion).
• Proven ability to align executives and teams to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set the customer strategy across International markets with clear plans and success metrics.
• Own the International customer agenda across retention, health, experience and value creation.
• Lead initiatives to reduce churn, improve renewals and strengthen proactive retention.
• Partner with Account Management, Retention, Support and Implementation leaders to embed best practices.
• Develop customer lifecycle tooling, reporting and data quality.
