GLOBAL CLUB MARKETING MANAGER - GROWTH

12 MONTH PARENTAL COVER IN Auckland - (Parental leave due to end February 2026)

We’re looking for a Global Club Marketing Manager – Growth to lead the charge in driving B2B marketing strategies that fuel lead generation and sales pipeline across our Club and Instructor audiences. Working closely with sales and marketing teams across the globe, this role drives the strategy and oversees delivery of multi-channel campaigns, B2B paid media strategy, and lead acquisition and nurture programs.

About the role

  • Lead global B2B marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
  • Drive multi-channel campaign strategy and execution across paid media, ABM, email, social, and web, collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
  • Work hand-in-hand with design and content teams to ensure cohesive and impactful creative and messaging.
  • Partner with sales to optimize the customer journey and build effective nurture programs.
  • Inspire and lead a specialist team to deliver world-class campaigns.
  • Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and impact.

About you

  • 8+ years marketing experience across campaign management and lead generation
  • B2B marketing experience, driving lead acquisition and nurture strategies
  • Proven success in performance-driven environments using data to drive decisions.
