Wakatipu High School’s vision is to deliver Aotearoa New Zealand’s best all-round education. We are looking for a great educator and leader to join our collaborative and forward-thinking school. The successful applicant will be excited by the opportunity to deliver a future-focused and holistic education in a flexible learning environment - they will be pedagogically progressive, student-centred, have a growth mindset, form effective professional relationships, and be keen to contribute to the all-round education of our students.

The purpose of the gifted coordinator role is to manage and grow the Wakatipu High School Gifted programme ensuring student engagement and high quality outcomes for all students involved. This leadership role comes with 1PMU, 1PMMA and one teaching line (0.16FTTE) of release. Please state specialist subjects.

Wakatipu High School is a well resourced, co-educational school with a growing roll of more than 1450 students, situated in Queenstown in the stunning Wakatipu Basin.
