Job summary

WSP USA in New Plymouth seeks an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our New Plymouth office, providing consultancy on site investigations, analysis, reporting, design and construction observation for buildings, roads, water and structures.

This role focuses on growing geotechnical capability in the New Plymouth office and the wider Taranaki/Manawatu-Whanganui region within our global, diverse firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience with New Zealand design codes and standards.
• Full, clean NZ driver's licence.
• Preferably minimum of 7 years' professional experience in a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Site investigations, analysis, reporting, design and construction observation on projects.
• Grow and develop the geotechnical engineering capacity in the New Plymouth office and Taranaki/Manawatu-Whanganui Region.
