Tauranga Hospital

General Physicians are well supported to provide comprehensive care.
Candidates with sub‑specialty interests are welcome to enquire due to the flexible nature of the vacancy. We also welcome trainees in the last six months of training to apply.
The department has recently implemented significant changes in the model of care and there is a strong desire to keep improving our services for both our patients and colleagues. You will be joining a team of very motivated and flexible physicians. There are teaching opportunities across undergraduate (years 4–6) and postgraduate (basic and advanced trainees) medicine.
