General Manager – Service Delivery is a brand-new role, reporting to the CEO and part of our Leadership Team. You’ll take the lead on how we deliver services across the organisation, making sure they’re safe, effective, and genuinely meet the needs of our communities. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our GM – Culture & Inclusion so that inclusion and cultural integrity aren’t just tick-box-words but woven right through our work.
We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture and the day-to-day detail. You’ll have experience leading in social services (and the professional registration to match), be confident in policy and practice leadership, and know how to build strong, capable teams. You’ll also be steady under pressure, quick to spot risks, and able to make the tough calls when needed – always in a way that protects mana.
