About the role (your why)
The General Manager – Sales leads the overall Australia and New Zealand sales team for Datacom Data Centres, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for Datacom’s world-class data centre solutions, and driving growth in alignment with the company’s broader vision. You’ll lead from the front—building, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team while working closely with colleagues across Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate Datacom Data Centres’ market presence, expand revenue streams, and strengthen long-term client partnerships. Beyond the numbers, you’ll champion innovation, refine business practices, and create a culture of collaboration and accountability that ensures both your team and our customers thrive.
