About the role (your why)
The General Manager – Sales leads the overall Australia and New Zealand sales team for Datapay, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for Datapay enterprise SaaS payroll, and driving growth in alignment with Datacom’s broader vision. You’ll lead from the front—building, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team while working closely with colleagues across Sales, Go-to-market, Product Management, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to accelerate Datapay’s market presence, expand revenue streams, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
