What we are looking for
  • Proven operational leader with experience, ideally in startup or growth-stage environments
  • Strong commercial acumen, hands-on approach, and experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial/agriculture sectors
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan forward and adapt to ambiguity
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience building teams and fostering culture
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders, translating technical innovations into real-world impact
What’s in it for you
  • Opportunity to lead a cutting-edge, sustainability-focused agri-tech business
