FreshnBright has cleaning home interiors across Queenstown sorted — now we’re stepping outside to launch our new outdoor maintenance and gardening services. We’re looking for a practical, hands-on person who thrives outdoors and takes pride in keeping properties looking their best.

If you’ve got experience in commercial mowing, gardening, or outdoor maintenance — and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done — this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As part of our outdoor team, you’ll take care of a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including:

• Lawn mowing and edging
• Hedge trimming and light tree care (no chainsaw work)
• Power washing patios, walkways, and exteriors
• Keeping outdoor areas safe, neat, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
• Full NZ driver’s licence (Class 2 licence a bonus)
• Right to work in New Zealand
• Someone seeking a stable, long-term role
