Overview

Summerset Cambridge is preparing to welcome residents to its beautifully designed village – an exciting new chapter for our vibrant community. With its stunning location and thoughtfully landscaped grounds, the outdoor spaces will be a true highlight – and we’re searching for a skilled and passionate Gardener to help bring them to life. At Summerset, from the moment we start developing a village, to when our residents call it home, it’s the passion and dedication of our people that brings our villages to life. Responsibilities
  • Hands-on and reliable Gardener to join the Cambridge village, supporting the Gardener and Property Manager with day-to-day maintenance of the village gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas.
  • Carry out lawn care, including mowing and general property maintenance tasks across the site.
  • Support the property team as needed to contribute to a diverse and rewarding role outdoors and help create well-maintained, welcoming spaces within a close-knit community.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in gardening, lawn care, and general property maintenance.
  • Confident in using a range of tools and equipment; comfortable with mowing, pruning, minor repairs, and outdoor upkeep.
  • Team player who can also work independently; able to manage time effectively to complete daily tasks to a high standard.
  • Well-organised, efficient, physically fit, and able to thrive in a hands-on role.
  • Genuine passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, with a warm, respectful approach to people from all walks of life.
