Overview

Te Tūranga | About the role: Reporting to the ERP Team Leader, the CRM Functional Specialist plays a key role in supporting, enhancing, and optimising our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CE.

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring CRM solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned to business needs. From configuration to user support, data quality, releases, and training, you’ll be central to how the platform delivers value across the organisation.

This Role Will

• Provide frontline functional support and guidance for Dynamics 365 CRM CE users
• Configure CRM modules, dashboards, workflows, roles, and permissions
• Support enhancements, integrations, and low-code customisations
• Deliver training, documentation, and user adoption support
• Collaborate on CRM projects, upgrades, testing, and release management
• Champion best practice, data quality, and system optimisation

This role can be based from either our Dunedin or Christchurch Hubs.

You’re a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for enabling others through technology. You understand how CRM platforms drive commercial outcomes and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to solve problems and improve experiences.

You Will Bring

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience with D365 CRM CE
• Strong functional understanding of CRM workflows and configuration
• Experience engaging with business users to translate needs into solutions
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools and Azure DevOps or similar ITSM systems
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and system optimisation
