As some of our team move across to help launch our exciting New Prestons store, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail crew in full-time roles within our Powertools and Hardware departments.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering friendly, expert service and advice to our customers
  • Keeping shelves stocked, clean, and visually appealing
  • Helping customers find the right tools, hardware, and DIY solutions
  • Building product knowledge to become a go-to expert in your department
  • Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
Department-Specific Highlights

In Powertools, you’ll be working with leading brands like Makita, DeWalt, and HiKOKI, including cordless drills, impact drivers, circular saws, and multi-tools, and advising customers on tool compatibility, Automotive products, and safety gear.

In Hardware, you’ll be assisting with fasteners, brackets, hinges, and general fixings, hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and levels, and helping customers with project-specific needs, from fence repairs to furniture builds.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous retail or trade experience is a bonus – but we’ll train the right person!
