Job summary

Fluid Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fuel Installer for a growing specialist construction company. This hands-on role involves installation, commissioning and maintenance of fuel systems on varied projects across New Zealand. You’ll be on-site, travel regularly and work on different sites rather than a fixed location.

The role offers a competitive salary based on experience, an overnight allowance when working away, accommodation, a company vehicle, and phone/tablet with gym membership.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in fuel systems, construction or a related trade.
• Current full NZ driver licence.
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
• A good understanding of health and safety.
• Comfortable working away from home regularly.
• Fuel, mechanical, plumbing, electrical or construction experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain fuel systems across projects.
• Work across different sites across New Zealand.
• Roster is 2 weeks away with weekends back home and occasional Saturday work.

This is a hands-on position working across New Zealand on a variety of fuel and infrastructure projects.

You'll be involved in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of fuel systems, working across different sites and projects. The role is varied and will suit someone who enjoys practical work and being out on site rather than being in the same location every day.

The usual roster is 2 weeks away followed by a weekend back home, with Saturday work while you're away. Regular travel is a key part of the role.
