Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive (minimum 5 years) experience in operational management and people leadership in regulatory/compliance environments.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing frontline teams.
• Strong planning and delivery skills; manage competing priorities and allocate resources.
• Sound judgement for complex, evidence-based decisions.
• Understanding of risk-based regulation and effective compliance practice.
• Experience leading through ambiguity and transformation while maintaining BAU delivery.
