Job Description

Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Front Office Team Leader wishing to take the next step up in one’s career and use their talent to create a vibrant culture within the Front Office team at the largest Accor property in New Zealand.

  • Coaching the team to ensure that every member is confident in providing valuable insider information about tourist attractions and restaurants to hotel guests
  • Assist in the hotel Front Office Operations
  • Establish on the Job Training within the department to meet brand and service essentials, using department procedure manuals as a base for all service procedures and training
  • Assisting in recruitment activities, seeking staff who are passionate and have a natural inclination towards customer focused service
Qualifications

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have:

  • Previous Front Office experience is essential, as well as a proven track record of managing and motivating a team
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud is advantageous
  • Exposure in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
  • Ability to remain calm and diplomatic when under pressure, providing flexible solutions throughout
  • Be a skilled negotiator to resolve a range of guest and employee concerns
  • Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication – both verbal & written
  • Hold a Valid New Zealand Drivers Licence
