A leading hotel company in Christchurch is seeking a Front Office Manager to ensure exceptional service and oversee daily operations. This full-time, fixed-term role requires leadership skills, prior people management experience, and relevant qualifications. Front Office Manager role at Sudima Christchurch City Hotel. This is a full‑time position on our Leadership Team. The role manages the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Front Office reporting to the Hotel Manager. You will lead the Front Office Team to deliver an incomparable service experience and communicate at all levels, ensuring guests are satisfied and solving problems through efficient multi‑tasking.
You are a true leader who is passionate about coaching and inspiring the Front Office team through their hospitality careers. Previous people management experience is required.
This is a fixed-term role with guaranteed 40 hours per week. This is a parental leave cover fixed term position for 7 months from December 2025 to May 2026. Remuneration will be discussed with the right candidate.
