Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service from arrival to departure.
• Serve food and beverages with solid product knowledge.
• Recommend menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams for smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout shifts.
• Uphold hospitality standards, host responsibilities and safety rules.
• Learn our menu, systems and service style while supporting the team.
