• Deliver friendly, attentive service from arrival to departure.

We're looking for a part-time or full-timeFOH Team Member to join our passionate team. Whether you're greeting guests or recommending menu favourites, you'll play a key role in delivering the warm, genuine hospitality Margo's is known for.

What you'll do

• Guest experience: delivering friendly, attentive service that makes every guest feel welcome from arrival to departure.
• Food & beverage service; confidently serving food and drinks while maintaining excellent product knowledge.
• Menu recommendations; guiding guests through our food, cocktails, wine, and beverage offerings to enhance their experience.
• Team collaboration; working closely with the kitchen, bar, and front of house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Venue presentation; maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment throughout every shift.
• Hospitality standards; upholding host responsibility, health & safety, and FHG's service standards.
• Continuous improvement; actively learning our menu, systems, and service style while contributing positively to the team.
