A hotel group in New Zealand is seeking a full-time Front Desk Executive in Queenstown. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and experience with hotel property management systems. Training will be provided for those with a positive attitude but no prior experience. Front Desk Executive / Guest Service Agent

Marsden Hotels & Resorts offers a range of hotel and resort brands across New Zealand all designed to make you wake up feeling wonderful. We have 6 different brands including the international brands of Ramada, Wyndham Garden, and Microtel. We have 15 hotels in key cities including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Wellington.

We are currently recruiting for two of our Marsden properties in Queenstown. These are Ramada by Wyndham Remarkables Park and Wyndham Gardens Queenstown.

These 2 properties are located in Frankton near the airport and have a bus stop nearby.

Front Desk Executive

All Positions available are full-time. You will be working on a rotating roster which includes weekends and public holidays.

Key Duties for Front Desk Executive

Previous experience with a hotel property management system (i.e. Opera Cloud) is desirable for this position, and experience in a similar role is preferable, but for the right applicants whose personality and positive attitude shine but don't have hotel experience, we are more than happy to train them and get their career in hospitality moving forward. Opportunity for a Duty Manager role also available.
