Job summary

Design Assembly in Auckland seeks a confident, experienced freelance Client Service Lead to manage multiple projects. You will come from a Senior Account Manager, Account Director or Producer background and act as a hands-on project lead, briefing designers and delivering accurate cost estimates.

This assignment starts ASAP, runs through Christmas, and is full-time in the office with WFH Fridays in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience required.
• Candidate should come from Senior Account Manager, Account Director or Producer background.
• Hands-on project lead capable of briefing designers and providing cost estimates.

Our client is a highly respected design agency based in Auckland city.

They are searching for a confident and experienced freelance candidate who can come in as the primary client service lead across their range of projects. You’ll need 5+ years’ agency experience, and likely come from a Senior Account Manager, Account Director or Producer background. You’ll be a hands‑on project lead, and the ability to manage projects at pace. You’ll be supporting the Managing Partner and your day‑to‑day will include providing clear briefs to designers, detailed cost estimates to clients and ensuring projects are running smoothly to deadline.

This assignment is to start ASAP and will run through until Christmas. Full time in the office and WFH Fridays.
