Job summary

Job description

Our Whangarei based client is looking for a competent and skilled Forklift Operator to join their night shift team. The role will include unloading and loading trucks, manual freight handling and scanning of freight.

To be successful, you will need:

• Full Class 1 Drivers Licence and reliable transport
• F endorsement and OSH Forklift Certificate (would be an advantage but we can assist with obtaining endorsement/certification for the right applicant)
• Proven experience and skills operating a forklift (both short and long forks)
• To be physically fit (able to lift up to 25kgs)
• A strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
• To be reliable, flexible and committed to high work standard
