Job summary

ALH Recruitment is seeking experienced Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Operators for roles across North Shore, Rodney Region and the Hibiscus Coast in New Zealand. These hands-on positions suit operators confident on the forks and willing to contribute across all areas of fast-paced warehouses.

You'll load and unload trucks, move stock, do putaways, and maintain safety procedures. A current forklift licence with F endorsement / OSH certification, solid warehousing experience, and reliable

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts.
• Current forklift licence with F endorsement / OSH certification.
• Solid work history across warehousing, 3PL, or manufacturing environments in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Putaways, replenishment, and stock movement.
• Pick packing and order preparation.
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping.
• Following all health & safety procedures.
