Job summary

Kelston Intermediate in Auckland seeks a passionate Kaiako (food technology) for Years 1–8. Join our specialist team to weave Māori and Pacific flavours into menu planning and modernise the curriculum using STEAM concepts.

You'll lead food tech pedagogy with energy and a sense of humour, collaborate across a supportive team, and contribute to a values-driven culture that respects te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Teaching Registration and Practising Certificate.
• Passion for culinary arts, nutrition, menu design, and contemporary food tech pedagogy.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, bilingual/bicultural pathways, and relational practice.
