Timaru Girls’ High School is looking to recruit a full-time permanent food studies/home economics/hospitality teacher to start term 1, 2026.
We are seeking applicants with experience teaching food studies/home economics/hospitality across all levels and/or experience in the hospitality industry. Experience teaching Level 2 and 3 NCEA home economics would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should deeply understand the curriculum and NCEA achievement standards and have a strong passion for food.
