Woolworths Group New Zealand in Palmerston North is seeking an experienced inventory and store operations leader to drive accuracy, efficient replenishment, and standout product presentation across fresh items.

You will oversee audits, finalise production plans for meat and bakery, manage ticketing, and coordinate online order fulfilment to minimise discrepancies while championing planograms, merchandising standards and compelling campaigns to enhance the customer journey.

What you'll do | Hei mahi

• - Lead Inventory & Production Accuracy: Conduct audits, finalise production plans (Meat & Bakery), ensure ticketing accuracy, and collaborate on online order fulfillment to minimise discrepancies.
• - Optimise Replenishment & Presentation: Prioritise stock replenishment, ensure proper rotation and high-standard merchandising, focusing on fresh food, essentials, and promotions.
• - Champion Freshness & Visual Merchandising: Oversee fresh stock quality, production alignment, planogram accuracy, store cleanliness, and campaign execution to enhance customer experience.
• - Drive Operational Efficiency & Problem Solving: Provide guidance to teams, resolve escalated issues, and conduct health checks to continuously improve functional performance.
• - Contribute to Store Leadership & Team Collaboration: Act as Acting Store Manager when scheduled and actively participate in team collaboration initiatives.
