Job summary

Bidfood Queenstown is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport food products to customers in Queenstown and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver fresh, frozen, and dry goods safely and on time, while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and food safety are maintained.

You must hold a NZ Driver's License (Class 1 or higher) and be physically able to lift up to 25 kg. This full-time role offers 30–60 hours per week with evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, and pays NZD

Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company truck to deliver food products to local customers such as restaurants, cafés, retailers and hotels.
Deliver fresh, frozen, and dry goods on time and at the correct temperature with proper handling.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries as needed.
Adhere to food safety regulations, including temperature control and hygiene standards.
Complete delivery documentation accurately (invoices, receipts, confirmations).
Load and unload goods, manage time to meet schedules, and maintain a clean vehicle.
Assist with warehouse tasks and respond to issues or delivery challenges promptly.
