InterContinental Wellington is looking for a Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to join our fantastic team!

Your day to day

As Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations in one of our five outlets, making sure every visit feels unique and true to our brand. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Director, you’ll lead and motivate your team, uphold service standards, drive sales, manage costs, and keep the outlet running seamlessly. With a focus on both guest satisfaction and business performance, you’ll aim for a positive, high-performing food & beverage offering.

What we need from you

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop & manage a large team.
  • 3+ years leadership experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to afternoons, events & public holidays
  • High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results
