Oaks Wellington Hotel, part of Minor Hotels ANZ, is seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts, with flexibility across seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member, you will take and process guest orders, demonstrate menu knowledge, deliver professional service, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in waitstaff or bartending.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional presentation and communication.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous bartending experience highly regarded.

Job Description

Oaks Wellington Hotelarelooking for enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role includes breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

As a valued team member, you will contribute to memorable guest experiences by:

• Accurately taking and processing guest food and beverage orders
• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and confidently making recommendations
• Delivering professional, efficient and friendly table service
• Providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations

Shift Details (subject to change):

• Flexible schedule required across Monday to Sundayi
• Split shifts will be required on some days
• Part-time position
• Minimum 15 hours per week

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a bartender will be highly regarded
• A warm and approachable demeanour with a positive attitude.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in a waitstaff or bartenderposition.
• Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
